Location: Fully remote, based in the U.S.

About the role:

Our team in the U.S.A. is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a highly motivated and creative marketer to help us bring Kendamil to more families than ever.

This role will be focussed on driving best-in-class execution of our multi-channel marketing plans. You’ll be ensuring our day to day digital marketing is making a difference for our customers, as well as being a key driver of exciting new product launches and nationwide retail activations. 

This is a varied role where every day can look different. You could be briefing social media graphics and videos, updating retailer platforms, speaking with logistics teams or meeting parents at baby events. 

You will be reporting to our Head of Marketing U.S., but you’ll also work closely with our core U.K. Marketing Team, our research and development teams and our community teams, as well as speaking to external agencies and key retail partners.

Key Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for coordinating and helping to implement marketing plans to drive brand awareness and promote our product range across all channels. 

You will work closely with our Head of Marketing U.S. and global marketing team to ensure the successful delivery and coordination of our marketing projects at Kendamil, ranging from online and offline events, content marketing, brand partnerships, and social media.

  • Planning – Contribute to the planning and execution of our annual marketing plans, both internally and with our retail partners. Contributing ideas and insights into new projects. 
  • Project Management – Ensure our marketing plans and projects are fulfilled in a timely, high-quality, and efficient manner. Able to show good attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with other teams. 
  • Social Media & Content – Contribute to the planning, creation and scheduling of content across social media, blogs, emails and website. Work closely with the UK Social and Content teams to ensure our U.S. channels are delivering best-in-class content, including identifying key trends or topics that are highly relevant for our  U.S. audience.
  • Creative Content – Work closely with our creative team, briefing in and providing feedback on the social media assets, digital media assets, and printed materials we need.
  • Retail Marketing – Support the Head of Marketing U.S. in the execution of retail marketing programs from digital to in-store. Participate in the planning of new product launches across all marketing touchpoints (owned, earned, and paid).
  • Partnerships & Events – Coordinate and represent the brand at key offline events as needed. Outreach and manage brand partnerships that help engage and grow our communities online.
  • Technical – Utilize our team collaboration platforms, including Asana and Slack, to work to projects and deadlines.

Required skills:

  • 3+ years experience in a marketing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 
  • Proven knowledge of marketing, including social media marketing, influencer marketing, and events


  • Retail marketing experience with the big name stores in the U.S. 
  • Experience working within a consumer brand / baby brand / nutrition brand.
  • Experience working within a remote team

The Benefits: 

  • Salary of $70-80k per annum, depending on experience.
  • 13 days of PTO, 16 days after 1 year of service.
  • 401(k) 50% matched contribution from the employer of up to 6% of salary (max. 3%)
  • Remote working, with weekends off.
