Job Title:  Marketing Manager

Reports to: Head of Marketing U.K.

Location: Fully remote, U.K. based required

About the role:

Kendamil is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated and creative marketer to help us bring Kendamil to more families than ever.

This role will be focussed on driving best-in-class execution of our multi-channel marketing plans. You’ll be a key leader in our day to day digital marketing, ensuring we’re giving our customers the best experience of our brand at every touchpoint.

You will join an established marketing team, reporting to our Head of Marketing U.K. You’ll also work closely with our international teams, creative teams, research and development teams and community teams, as well as speaking to external agencies and key retail partners. 

This is a varied role where every day can look different. You could be pulling together reports, developing a new cross channel marketing campaign, negotiating with influencers or even meeting parents at our baby events.

Key Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing our marketing plans to drive brand awareness and promote product sales. You will:

  • Develop marketing strategies, with the aim of increasing brand awareness and new customer acquisition. 
  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of our annual marketing plans, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Senior Social and Content Manager to build out marketing calendars and cross channel marketing activation plans
  • Work with other departments and our creative team to ensure a holistic and effective online marketing strategy, with a particular focus on paid media, crm, influencer, and PR. 
  • Ensure the fulfillment of our marketing plans in a timely, high-quality, and efficient manner, showing great attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with other teams. 
  • Work to key KPIs, including regular reporting and sharing insights and learnings to the senior team
  • Develop and nurture our junior marketers, as a leader of innovation and excellence. Establishing Kendamil as a leader in the market for our audience and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Utilise our team collaboration platforms, including Asana and Slack, to work to projects and deadlines. 

Required skills:

  • 4+ years experience in a marketing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 
  • Proven knowledge of cross channel marketing, including the use of marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Klaviyo, Meta Business and Google Analytics
  • Experience of managing projects and teams

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a consumer brand / baby brand / nutrition brand.
  • Experience working within a remote team

The Benefits: 

  • Salary of £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
