The role:
In this role, you will combine your expertise in eCommerce and growth marketing to drive Kendamil’s online presence and sales. This role requires a strategic approach to scaling acquisition channels while ensuring operational fluidity across eCommerce processes, from customer experience to logistics. You’ll lead high-impact campaigns across platforms, optimise eCommerce workflows, and work cross-functionally to enhance every stage of the customer journey.
This is a full-time role based remotely within London, with 2 required We Work days per week. You will be required to work Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week. You will be reporting to our Head of Growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ecommerce Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital acquisition and retention strategies across key platforms including Amazon, paid social, affiliate channels, and direct eCommerce, amplifying Kendamil’s reach and customer base.
- In-Platform Management & Optimization: Take ownership of campaign set-up, monitoring, and optimization within platforms like Amazon, Citrus Ads, and Criteo to ensure Kendamil’s products are consistently positioned for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Campaign Management & Analysis: Drive and refine performance-based campaigns, using data insights to optimise CAC, ROI, and LTV, while delivering transparent, results-focused reporting.
- Operational Oversight in ECommerce: Coordinate with eCommerce operations to ensure seamless logistics and product availability, supporting fulfilment, order tracking, and timely customer service responses to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Customer Experience Enhancements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer touchpoints, implementing best practices for eCommerce UI/UX, checkout processes, and post-purchase engagement to boost satisfaction and retention.
- Media Planning & Forecasting: Work closely with media planners to create data-informed forecasts and budget allocations, ensuring strategic and cost-effective ad spend.
- Collaborative Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end workflow for growth initiatives, coordinating with creative, finance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on campaign execution, budget management, and inventory needs.
- CRM & Retention Programs: Design and implement CRM and retention strategies tailored to Kendamil’s unique audience, driving brand loyalty and lifetime value with personalised communication strategies.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with a strong focus on digital operations and acquisition marketing.
- Proven in-platform management experience with Amazon, Citrus Ads, Criteo, and familiarity with key eCommerce marketing channels.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics for campaign optimization and growth-focused decision-making.
- Experience coordinating with operations and logistics teams, with an understanding of how fulfilment and customer service impact brand reputation and customer retention.
- Collaborative and communicative, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across creative, content, and operational teams.
- A passion for eCommerce, DTC brand growth, and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven company like Kendamil.
