About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Co-Ordinator & Content Specialist with a passion for storytelling through social media. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and editing content across our platforms, helping to expand brand awareness and engage our audience. This remote role offers the chance to innovate, create impactful content, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute fresh content ideas and assist in developing monthly content calendars for all social media platforms
- Create, curate, and edit high-quality content, including videos, that align with our brand’s voice
- Conduct video editing for social media using tools like Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, or similar software
- Collaborate on social media concepts and campaigns to increase brand reach and engagement
- Manage scheduling and publishing content manually and via our scheduling platform
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media captions and posts
- Research and optimize educational content for posts, ensuring consistency in our brand tone and voice
- Proofread and edit social media projects to catch any errors or style discrepancies
- Stay current with social media trends and integrate them into content strategies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media and Marketing, with a proven track record in growing engaged social audiences
- Proficiency in video editing for social media platforms and experience with tools like Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, or other editing software
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management, and scheduling tools
- Ability to research industry-relevant topics and tailor content to engage our target audience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work productively without close supervision
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, software, and industry innovations

Salary = Depending on experience
13 days of PTO, 16 days after 1 year of service
