Replenishment Manager – USA

As the first international responder to the nationwide formula shortage in 2022, Kendamil partnered with The White House and President Biden’s Operation Fly Formula Initiative to ensure families across the country had access to the highest quality infant formula at an affordable price.

Today, Kendamil is on the shelves of major retailers across the US, including Target, Walmart, Kroger, and Safeway Albertsons. Kendamil’s range of award-winning formulas has been honored in 2023 with the Baby Innovation Award for Best Baby Formula, the Good Housekeeping Parenting Award, and widely featured in leading news and parenting and lifestyle publications such as Wall Street Journal, New York Times, What to Expect, The Bump, The Everymom, Verywell Family, and She Knows.

The role:

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing Kendamil’s North American retail supply chain, working closely with our internal sales team and key retail partners to drive strategic initiatives and ensure consistent availability of Kendamil products nationwide. 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Manage customer inventory and forecasts to support growth and drive industry leading in-stock rates
  • Manage and maintain key service reliability metric goals (OTIF)
  • Improve supply chain efficiencies and perform strategic cost analysis
  • Communicate directly with key retail customers
  • Analyze and monitor data to identify opportunities and recommendations
  • Manage new item setup and maintenance within customer systems
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects including line review preparation, GDSN, GS1, EDI, and more

 What you’ll need: 

  • 3+ years of Supplier replenishment experience in the CPG industry preferred
  • Extensive experience using retailer systems (Retail Link, Luminate, POL, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to plan and execute assignments to completion with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Be located in North America

Salary = Depending on experience

13 days of PTO, 16 days after 1 year of service

401(k) 50% matched contribution from the employer of up to 6% of salary (max. 3%)
