Supply Chain Analyst – North America(Remote)

The role:

As Supply Chain Analyst, you will take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of inbound and outbound supply chain activities across North America. You will manage international shipments from the UK and Europe, coordinate with freight and warehouse partners, support inventory management and ensure our customers receive their products accurately and on time.

You will work closely with internal teams, customers, co-packers, freight partners, customs agents and other external stakeholders, acting as a key link across the supply chain

Key responsibilities:

 What you’ll need: 

  • 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory or operations, ideally within CPG/FMCG, food or manufacturing.
  • Experience managing international imports and working with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
  • Knowledge of customs processes and international shipping documentation.
  • Experience with inventory management and customer order fulfilment.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience working with ERP, WMS or supply chain management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong continuous improvement mindset.
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
