The role:

As a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening and scaling our global supply base.

Reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, you’ll take ownership of supplier relationships, commercial agreements, and sourcing performance – ensuring we secure the right partners, at the right terms, with full supply continuity.

This is a high-impact role where procurement is not just operational – it’s strategic. You’ll directly influence cost efficiency, risk management, and supply resilience across a fast-scaling international business..

Key Accountabilities: 

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing suppliers aligned with new product launches and long-term strategy
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, robust contracts, and optimal supply terms
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key global suppliers
• Monitor and strengthen supply coverage for critical ingredients, ensuring long-term continuity
• Drive supplier performance management through KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyse supply chain data to uncover efficiencies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and sourcing records
• Partner cross-functionally with Quality, R&D, Planning, and Finance to align procurement with business needs
• Develop dashboards and supplier scorecards tracking cost, performance, and lead times
• Support medium- and long-term supply planning aligned with demand and production forecasts.

 What you’ll need: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Finance, or similar
• Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
• Proven strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favourable commercial outcomes
• Strong experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation
• Solid understanding of purchasing and inventory control best practices
• Highly analytical with strong commercial judgement and attention to detail
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence senior partners
• Experience in infant nutrition, dairy, or FMCG is a strong advantage
