The role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who can work alongside our UK finance team to help support our US operation in financial reporting, stock and support operations and logistics, with a focus on expanding our retail presence as our business grows at pace.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Hours of work are 10am – 6pm to support our operation in Denver USA. You will be based remotely, with occasional days of work at our Head Office in Kendal.

What you’ll be doing
  • Working closely with and supporting the Head of North America on a wide variety of work streams including sales, operations, logistics, inventory, among others
  • Analysing sales progress, ensuring our customers receive seamless service and delivery, tracking inventory and identifying potential issues, as well as other administrative tasks to support the Head of North America
  • Form an integral member of the Kendal Nutricare team, with access to top management and a role in scaling the fastest-growing brand in baby formula

On a day to day basis

  • Manage weekly stock reports, accurately tracking products throughout the supply chain
  • Analyse weekly sales and payment reports from our customers, to build weekly summaries in Microsoft Excel and share findings with the Head of North America and other members of the Management team
  • Assist the Head of America in communicating with key customer accounts
  • Understand, use and manage customer portals and systems, keeping up to date with any changes
  • Assist with new customer setup and retailer onboarding
  • Manage ecommerce inventory ensuring we don’t run out of stock
  • Create and edit Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for new sales opportunities
  • Liaise with courier companies to provide the best service for the customer and product
  • Work closely with internal departments across the business, such as Planning, Marketing, Customer Service

What you’ll need

  • Part qualified AAT Level 3 minimum qualified or CIMA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Must have a strong intuition and be able to learn new tasks quickly, completing them efficiently and with great attention to detail
  • Must be a driven individual who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn about the Kendamil brand and products

What we would like you to have

  • Experience of raising sales invoices
  • Experience of processing purchase invoices and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Experience of managing stock
  • An ability to problem solve and communicate with staff at all levels in an organisation
  • An open and honest approach to work
