The role:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality creative assets across our portfolio of brands — Kendal Nutricare, including Kendamil, Bonya, Kendakids, and Kendalife. While your primary focus will be on digital design, especially for paid social campaigns and brand storytelling, the role will also offer the opportunity to work across print media and multi-channel campaigns as needed.

Report directly to the Head of Creative and collaborate with a small team of in-house designers.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Own the creative development for paid media, working closely with the growth team to deliver new assets monthly across graphic, animated, and video formats.
  • Generate and present new marketing ideas and concepts, from gathering inspiration to mock-ups and creative proposals.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual identity guidelines across multiple brands and global markets.
  • Deliver innovative, on-brand design work across digital platforms, including paid and organic social media, and CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to apply platform-specific best practices to creative briefs.
  • Proofread and edit creative work to ensure high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained.
  • Present creative concepts and designs to key stakeholders across the business

 What you’ll need: 

  • 3–4 years’ experience working in-house or at an agency, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in creating paid ad creatives for Meta and TikTok, with examples of successful campaigns and creative strategy.
  • Proficient in video editing using tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience working across multiple brands, with the ability to adapt to diverse visual identities and tone of voice.
  • Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and ideally Figma.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills; a self-starter who takes initiative.
  • A curious, growth-minded approach with a desire to learn and develop creatively.
  • Experience working across a variety of creative outputs, including digital, social, and packaging design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively present complex ideas
